FEBRUARY – Saturday 28 th Meet Merrilands Domain 10.15am
Leave 10.30am visit Jacksons Garden, Mavis & Allan, 37b Cordelia Street
Stratford, then to Lynne Watts garden, looking at her begonias, We have our lunch
here water supplied. Gabot’s Garden, Alf & Bernie Christian, 275 Glover Road,
Hawera. Could do King Edward Park if time allows.
MARCH – Saturday 28 th 1.30pm
Meet at Titoki Garden, John & Janet King, 36A Kinross Dr then to Te Rongohua,
Steph & Brent Cockerill, 36B Kinross Dr then another one across the road.
APRIL –Friday 24 th 1pm
Meet for an Autumn Walk around Pukekura Park and Fernery Take your afternoon tea and drink have on Hatchery Lawn.
MAY – Thursday 21 st Abraham’s 6pm
Pot luck dinner in Abraham’s lounge to eat 6.30pm then our AGM
Tony will is our speaker.
JUNE Thursday 25 th 6.45pm
Tonight we are going Ten Pin Bowling & Mini Putt Golf 1 game of each. This should be a fun evening.
JULY – Thursday 23 rd Abraham’s 6pm
Pizza evening eating 6.30pm then Lynne Watts will talk about her interesting trip overseas ask Hawera Horticulture Club to join us.
AUGUST – Thursday 13 th Abraham’s 6pm
Tonight we will have Del Star Catering serve our meal
Neil will talk about judging Camellias so bring your blooms along
AUGUST - 21 st - 24 th National Show in Napier
We will take a van to the National Show for the weekend and our blooms.
SEPTEMBER – Saturday 5 th Blooms benched by 10am
Our Camellia show in Hawera with Horticulture Spring show. This is a great show have good Camellia section for all our blooms. Can buy our lunch there. Great food.
OCTOBER –Thursday 1 st 10.15am
Meet Merrilands Domain to leave 10.30am Going to Eltham to see some Tulips
Then to Cairnhill Gardens, June & Colin Lees, 1054 East Road, Toko $5
Take lunch to have here. Then to Greenhills, Shirley Greenhill, 37 Cassandra
Street, Stratford.
NOVEMBER – Thursday 12 th -14 th November 2 nights in Wairarapa
This year we will go a bit further afield for 2 nights. Details later

Christmas get together this year is a lunch at
